General Visitor Information

School Mate® collects the name, address, phone, and email address of anyone who places an order and web site visitors who request information. This data is used for sending samples and literature about our products. In the event an order is placed, we may use all data provided to contact the customer with order-related questions and/or information. Occasionally, we may also send an email to conduct surveys or provide information about product updates, special offers, discounts, or other promotions to opted-in email addresses.

Third-party Disclosure

Collected customer or visitor Personally Identifiable Information and data will never be rented, sold, or shared with any third parties. However, opted-in email addresses or other non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties (for example, Google Adsense, Facebook, etc.) for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

Email Opt-in & Unsubscribe

We also occasionally send emails to website visitors who have opted-in to receive additional emails. These emails may serve to conduct surveys or provide information about product updates, special offers, discounts, or other promotions. We will respond to a request as soon as possible. We reserve the right to contact a customer if we have order-related questions or information.
